PIXMA PRO-200 printer issue - paper misaligns and messed up print

Hi there,

I'm running into issues with my Canon Pro 200. My printer continues to print in this way:

The printer continues to misalign my paper despite having tried many methods:

- I've tried this with regular A4 paper, cardstock and photo glossy paper and they all run into this same issue. I don't think it is a paper issue since the smudging/glitching always occurs in the left and right spot of the paper.

- I've done the nozzle check, print head cleaning, roller and bottom plate cleaning. I've also done the print head alignment multiple times (Manual and Auto), but the manual made the glitch even worse.

- I'm also tried the custom settings to reduce paper abrasion. Didn't fix the issue.

I'm at my wits end as I've used half of the ink to test out the print head alignment with no solution and this is only the 5th or 6th time using this printer to print my documents.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
