New MarkII pro9000 print quality doesn't compare to MP990

Just purchased and setup a new pro9000 and the print quality just doesn't compare to our MP990. Colors are differ and overall quality differs, why????? This is a real let down as we run a small stationery business out of our house and was hoping the 9000 would help boost our output.

Most Canon printers I have used tend to print too red. They seem to have a warm bias to them.

I run Photo Shop and turn off any of the printers ability to handle colors or print quality. I turn on all the PS color handling abilities.

Of coures you need to have your monitor show you exactly what you are going to print. You don't need some super monitor because most, if not all, monitors are better than any Pixma Pro print. Just make sure it shows color exactly as you are printing.
