Need help printing on Pixma Pro-200!

I have a canon pro-200 pixma.   I have tried every suggestion on how to print a 11x14 photo but they always come out 8x10!   I've wasted so much photo paper it's crazy!  I've set the size to default, all the setting say A3 and on the printer window and yet it still comes out so small!  Everything is set on my mac and printer to the A3 setting and yet nothing helps.  I set the printer to not detect paper size difference.  I've done everything every one has suggested on this forum and other places!  Please help I need the photos printed ASAP!  Thanks!  Oh, I also have a canon pro 10 series that I really loved but the paper won't feed!  Any help there?  Again, I've tried everything including speaking to canon and they were no help as they were no doubt reading off a script.

What software are you printing from? A3 would be paper size. What cell size have you set? What paper type setting?
