Lines on Pro-100

Hi, My previously reliable Pro-100 has started to print lines on my prints.  I have tried the maintenance steps to no avail.  Can someone help?  Thanks,  Colin

Check your nozzle check pattern. It looks like your printhead has nozzle outs causing those bands.

I took out the print head and cleaned it but the bands are still there.  Should I replace the print head?

Yes, cleaning a Canon printhead manually never works and can usually cause further issue with it. Did you run a nozzle check on it? If there are voids present then that seals it, the head is dead.
