Install error: Support Code: B200

While attempting to install my new Canon PIXMA Pro-100 photo printer I get the following error.

"Support Code: B200, An error has occured.  The printer needs repair. Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.  Then see the users guide and contact the service center.

Try removing power supply from printer and let it sit for a few hours. Verify that you have installed head correctly and that all tape and packing material have been removed.

This sometimes works when the error is caused by something left in printer. If this doesn't work give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
