ImageProGraf Pro-1100 Stopped Printing including not printing LAN Settings

On my Second imagePROGRAF PRO-1100 printer since December.  (First one defective and replaced by Canon).  First one printed one page and then stopped.  Customer Support walked through wiht me and it wouldnt event print the LAN settings from printer menu, on printer.  Returned as Defective and got new Printer in December

After successfully printing 20 or so letter glossy luster 8.5x11's photos over last week or two, printer will NO LONGER PRINT jobs. AND WILL NOT PRINT LAN Settings.

Using LRC, latest version, and LRC print pushes to Canon Printer Queue and acts like it printed.  Same lack of printing from Canon Professional Print SW.    Checked print queue, nothing there.  the LRC and Canon PPL SW queue gets filled and jobs disappear like they are completed.

- Restarted computer twice

- uninstalled and reinstalled driver software  (windows 11). and then restarted computer again.

Went to Printer menu on Printer, asked it print LAN Settings, it says ready to print... printing... and nothing happens..   SAME AS FIRST PR:INTER.  Tried again.. nothing.

HELP.  Will Call Support tomorrow, but NOT HAPPY.  FRUSTRATED after spending 3 hours to troubleshoot.  Any suggestions?    Fool Me ONCE, Shame on me... Fool ME twice, Shame on you.

I just ran into what sounds like the same problem. Information was sent to the printer... it said it was printing, but nothing was happening. It was not a driver issue. This was confirmed by connecting a computer that was previously working (was not plugged in at the time the problem occurred). The same thing happened when hooking up the 2nd computer to the printer. The solution was to go to the LAN settings on the PRO1100 and disable the wired LAN, then turn it back on. Problem solved.

I hear your frustration, and your pain. This almost sounds like a print driver issue. For the sake of troubleshooting, why not try downloading Qimage and use the trial, see if you’re more successful.

imagePROGRAF PRO-1100    rsilber, i tried different programs from computer, Photoshop, Canon Professional Print, Lightroom Classic, Windows Print Test Page, etc.  Didnt work.  What is indicative of hardware problem is the inability to print, on the printer, from the printer panel, the LAN Settings details on paper.  It says printing and then nothing happens, and then "Ready to Print" but nothing turned on or sucked in paper.  Nozzle Check works and prints..  Canon Engineers are looking into it according to printer customer support.  Thanks for consideration.
