Hi guys,
Our printer has been doing this for a wlittle while and have tried all the adjustents, maintenance we can hink of to rectify the issue.
Basically, it is printing a double image in the verticle direction but only for the first ince of every print.
It doesn't however do it when you print a nozzle check page (it seems).
FYI: It has two brand new Print Heads & brand new purge unit. - did not fix or help the issue.
