I have a prixma pro 100 printer. I am getting streakes on the print. what can I do?

I have a prixma pro 100. two months old. My prints today showed up with randon squiggley streaks on border and top of print. what is this and what can I do to remedy. I did the roller plate cleaning and got longish bloobs of ink on papaer. do I ccontinue to clean until the blobs disappear?

Yes. Repeat roller and platen cleaning until you know they are clean.
