Hello All
I'm getting a fine black line across my 8.5 by 11 prints about 1 1/2 inches from the bottom in portrait mode (left side in panoramic) with my Canon Pro 1000. The line is in the same place for every print and appears to be printed intentionally from the printer head (not a smear or streak). So far I have done a head alignment and a head clean to no avail. I'm going to try reloading the printer software next.
Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks! Mike
