Damage - imprinted longitudinal line in the paper while printing from a roll 17" wide - PRO-1000

Hi,

I have printed A2 size image from a paper roll, baryta paper. I am using imageprograf pro-1000. In the print can be noticed that the paper has a longitudinal line, deep imprinted, mechanical damage, across the print. Could I get an advice how to prevent this?
