I have been using my Canon pro-1000 with no issues until I noticed a discrepancy in the color of a print.
Ran a nozzle check to see Cyan was blocked, ran the cleaning cycle and Cyan printed a reddy-brown.
I tried the head in an old pro-1000 and the same issues happened. I cleaned the printhead and started getting some form of Cyan back, it is coming out of the printhead the correct color, but when resuming printing it's back to brown?
I had a brand new printhead that I installed along with a new Cyan cart in the current printer, and nozzle check is brown. I printed some purge pages which got me to a purple color, but cannon get Cyan back at all?
Please help!
