Custom Paper Size

I am trying to print a custom paper size and for some reason the "Custom" option on my drop down menu is blacked out. Does anyone know how I am able to get that to work again so I can eneter a custom width and height? I have attached a screen shot to show what I mean.

Thank you!

Thanks!

I am using Mac OSX 10.10 and I am connected via USB. Every other size option from the drop down menu appears, except for "Custom". Just not sure why.

Thank you in advance!

What happens if you click on the defined by driver option?

Did that ever work?

The best and by far the easiest way to do custom print sizes is to use standard paper and buy a paper trimmer.  One advantage is you may be able to put multiple images on a single page and trim them down to the required size.

Like wallets for instance.  I do that all the time.
