Color mismatch printing from Lightroom CC with Pro-100

Hi,

I recently purchased the Canon Pixma Pro-100.  When printing from Lightroom, my pictures come out with a distinct pinkish color cast.  If I print from Print Studio Pro the print comes out just as viewed on screen.  I've followed the directions I've found in other posts and I seem to have everything set properly.  See images below.  One on the left is what is printing and the one on the right is what I see on the screen.  Incidentally, got the view of how it prints because I checked the "preview before printing" checkbox.  It shows it exactly as it prints.  I think this has something to the color management by the printer, but I can't figure out where to change that.  I set the Color Management Matching to "none" in the printer settings, but that doesn't seem to do anything.  I could continue to use PSP, but it doesn't provide the package options I'd like to use.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

Hi, Mike!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which brand of photo paper you're using. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/ContactCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT).

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Danny,

Sure.  I'm using the Canon Photo Paper Plus Semi-Gloss SG-201 13 x 19.

I'm using WIndows 10.

One other thing I noticed since my original post is that if I change the color management profile from Pixma Pro-100 to Managed by Printer, the photo seems to print correctly.  Everything I've read, however, says that I should have the profile set to the actual printer profile.

Thanks,

Mike
