Hello! I cannot find the color management tool pro in the utlities section of canon. When I searched for it in the manual, it instructed me to download the tool on the canon site. I searched the canon site and don't see a spot or anything other than this support group stating they have used this tool before....
My Pixma Pro 100 will not print red and I need to recalibrate it using this tool. Nozzles looks fine, ink has been replaced. It still won't print red. Yellow and Magenta colors are Full and new. Where can I recalibrate this? Is there a new tool to use for recalibrating? Where can I get it?

It is an obsolete product; support ended with Windows 8

Thanks for sharing! Makes sense why I couldn't find it anywhere.... So I also have a Mac, does this download work with a Mac? Will this super not sketchy download help me fix the color issues??

I don't know the answer to those questions.
What color issues are you having with the Pro-100?
Have you run a nozzle check and does it look good?
Are you using Canon inks and paper?
Download this test image: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApNpngg2Z6dbhIYEVaNQBuYp2nUaWg?e=i0p8gZ
(It is from my One Drive share and it is safe)
Open the image in your photo editing software (what is the software you are using?).
Do not make any edits or changes to the image, regardless of how it might look on your monitor - just open it and print it using the settings you would normally use.
How does the test image look?
