What is Canon's recommendation on how to properly clean the printer head on the PRO-10 when the software based maintenance utilities fail. I have done this is the past with an older model printer and it was successful. There are many different recommendations out there and I want to get Canon's recommendation.
Thanks

I have never seen an actual Canon recommendation. If the head is clogged to the point that deep cleanings don't work you have nothing to lose by trying what others have been successful with. The Windex soak seems to be a common method.
