Fresh out the box and I placed the print head in correctly but did not put in the ink charts, but the blue wifi button won't blink and the orange light blinks four times and stops! This thing sucks!

I'm trying to understand your post / problem.  What is an "ink chart?

4 flashes means Ink is not installed

I'm guessing auto-correct changed ink carts to ink charts.

Printer will not function w/o ink cartridges installed. Follow all the steps in the easy setup guide that comes with the printer and you should be fine.
