Canon imageprograf-1000 pizza wheel marks, smudges, back on the paper

Hi. I have been using this printer for few months, sadly i have not have clear printing results from the back of the paper. It's always in the same spot. Sometimes it smudges more, sometimes less but always a bit. I have tried so many tricks but nothing helps. What should I do?

Greetings,

See this for tips.  Bottom plate cleaning maybe.  Thats a pretty heavy line.  A paper jam that got removed forcibly might also cause something like this.

I actually tried to do bottom plate cleaning twice but paper got jammed both times... I used plain paper and did everything like manual said..

Never doing borderless printing will diminish having this problem 😀
