Hello everyone,
Did anyone experience difference of speed printing on Pro 200 when using Ethernet vs wifi? I am a photographer and before moving from WiFi to Ethernet configuration on my computer, I wonder if the difference is significative for files above 5 Mo. I have been told that the printing head would be a limiting factor for higher printing speed and that Ethernet would not make a big difference.
Best,

A print job is sent to the printer from the computer as a file. Once the printer has the file, the connection method means nothing. The job prints from the printer's internal buffer. The speed of the printer output is what it is, period, based on its electronics and mechanicals.
There MAY be a noticeable difference in how quick the job gets to the printer between WiFi and wired Ethernet (WiFi IS Ethernet too, though most everyone seems to think they are different things). Depends on how big a print job it is.
