Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-300 Inability to Print Photo Banner using Roll Media

I cannot seem to properly use the driver window to employ manual feed of roll media. Every example that is offered in video or otherwise shows a completely different driver window (one that shows the user selecting "roll," which is not possible in my user interface). The HP driver window for this unit (and I just downloaded it again) limits the banner length to 39 inches, and doesn't allow custom sizes at all for photo printing.

The printer tech specs don't list roll paper.
Are you sure the videos are for Prograf Pro-300? Looks like there are some Prograf XX-300 models that take roll paper.
