Canon Pro 100 Horizontal Lines?



 Hi everyone, this is my last attempt at getting help. I feel like I've tried almost everything but I keep getting these horizontal lines in everything I print. I've run all the cleanings, changed cartridges, done automatic print head adjustments, and even taken the print head out and cleaned it, but nothing seems to have helped. Does anyone have any ideas what's causing this?

If you have not done so you try removing and reinstalling the printer driver but if the issue persists, the printer would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.
