Canon Pro-100 - Does Not Display Cyan

How many users have had a problem with the printer heads and nozzles?  I have had two Pro-100 and they both have had problems with the Cyan portion of the printer head and maybe nozzle.  After maintenance deep cleaning at least a dozen times, still doesn't print the cyan color.  I don't use the printer often but I keep maintenance on it.  You don't know you have a problem until the color prints are off color.  My previous Pro had the same problem I I just bought another.  I guess that was a mistake.  These printers are not cheap.  Its upsetting because its just one portion of the printer head and its makes the printer useless.  Thanks.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
