Canon Pro-10 is not printing blacks correctly and the picture is faded

My Canon Pro-10 is not printing blacks correctly and is faint overall.  Instead of black, the color is a ghostly blue.  The whole picture also appears faded.  I've replaced all the ink cartridges and have cleaned the heads.  How do I fix this?

Here is an image of what it looks liike. Five of the shirts in this picture are supposed to be all black.

Are you making any adjustments to your image before printing? One possibility is that your new monitor out of the box is set for web viewing. That is generally a bright setting and a 9300K white point. If you adjust your inage based on those setting (and your old monitor didn’t have those settings) you may get incorrect prints.

Definitely print the test image Tim identified. Very important is to not make any adjustments to the test image before printing, regardless of how it looks on screen.

No adjustments to the image prior to printing.  The monitor is set to 6500K.  I will print the test page suggested by Tim.  However, I am not clear what it is supposed to show me.

Ok... the test image printed beautifully!  So, that's not the issue

That shows that there is nothing wrong with your printer. Does the printed test image look like the monitor image? If so, and your image looks good on the monitor, I am at a loss as to why your print isn’t coming out good.

All is well now.  I am guessing here that perhaps the image I was using to print on the 13x19 paper was to small.  I used a larger size of the same image and tried printing again and this time it looks perfect.
