Canon Pixma Pro 200, Blacks print Green

Hello, I've done some searching and have seen various user discussions with the pro 100 experiencing the same issue. I'm wondering if anyone has a surefire solution for the 200. below are my specs: 

Machine/OS: Mac Ventura 13.1

Printer Driver: 24.30.00.00 

Print software: Preview (printing a document with multiple pages/images) 

Paper: Plain

Attached is an image of print test I've conducted with the bottom test being ideal (from a different printer)

Top:

Mac, Cannon Pixma Pro 200

Right:

PC, Cannon Pixma Pro 200

Bottom:

Mac, HP T210

nozzle check and print alignment produces correct colors and seems to check out so I think it has to do with print/driver settings. I just can't seem to get it dialed in
