Brand New Pro-200 printer prints lines

I just unboxed a brand new PRO-200 printer that is printing lines on the right side of all my photo prints.  I am using Canon Pro Luster Paper,  I have used Windows Photos to print, Light room to print, and the Canon print software all showing the same lines on the right side.  The paper is being fed vertically and getting the lines only the one side.  This is beyond frustrating as I have contacted Canon Tech Support and was told it was connection interfernce, and that I should get a wifi extender.  I can tell you with certainty there is no interference as there is only one wifi router connecting the devices. I have tried all the maintenance tests, the driver is up to date, and I am losing a lot of ink because of these lines. PLease HELP!

I suggest you connect the printer via USB and see if it still occurs. If it does get back to Canon support. If it doesn't, then it is related to your Wi-Fi connection.

I have connected it by usb per suggestion and the printer does not recognize it. I reinstalled everything as if it were new, and connecting with usb instead of WiFi.
unfortunately it did not work.

Call Canon support again with that new information. Or, if close by, maybe you want to return it to where you purchased it and swap for a new one.

Unfortunately I work the hours that tech support is available, so I have to creative.  I will try to contact them again today and give them all the information.

I bought the printer from Canon directly....I'm very disappointed in this.

Just an update:

I literally removed everything from the printer specifically the print head and started the process from the beginning as if it were never installed.

It seems to be working without lines as I ran several tests on different paper and photos.  Very expensive tests as I am out of ink and need to order more paper.

Still very disappointed in what is supposed a quality printer and not at a cheap cost.
