The power of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3826i printer was cut off and when you returned, please do not cut off the power and I saw the message "Checking the Data". How can I fix it? There is no firmware file anywhere. Please help me.

Canon does not support their image runner products directly. They are supported by Canon's dealer Network. If you don't have a dealer, Canon will provide the name and contact information for one in your area.
