imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i III i can not see my username in page total/page limit

I cannot see the username when I access Page Total / Page Limit. I’m not sure whether I accidentally changed a setting or if a specific user configuration caused the username to be displayed as asterisks (*) instead of showing the full name as usual. How can I fix this issue?
