The printer requested an update to a new version; however, as I began the upgrade, the power was cut off. After that, the printer's screen displayed the recuperating massage with a blue screen for an extended period of time without reacting. Could you please inform me if there is a topic to resolve this issue?

Actually you can't solve this problem without the frameware file for install it on the printer via USB memory this mean install the old version offline.
Unfortunately you can't get the file online. you should be get it from Authorized Agent in you country.
