Our imagePROGRAF TA-30 from a few years ago has started sporadically displaying an "EC31-2F1C" hardware error. I've done some basic troubleshooting to rule out obstructions or other obvious causes, and powering it off/running the various cleaning processes generally resolves it. Well, makes the message go away, anyway.
This error appears to be related to the purge unit. I've come across posts where replacing the unit did the trick while others continued to receive the error. Just curious if there's a consensus on a solution and if anyone has had experience replacing that part (or a ballpark figure on how much it cost for someone else to do).
Thanks!
