Hi,
I'm trying to register an imagePROGRAF TA-30 that was purchased a number of years ago. However, I keep receiving an "invalid serial number" message when doing so, indicating it was either mistyped or a non-US serial number. (It was purchased from Canon's online US store.) I've quadruple-checked that the serial number is being entered correctly, copied and pasted it, etc. without any luck.
Apologies if this is the wrong way to go about getting help with this, but I could not find any other avenues. In order to access chat or get support, the product needs to be registered, but I'm having issues registering the product and need to contact support...and so on.

If you send me a private message with the serial number I can look at it and see what's going on! Perhaps a photo of it as well.
