Hi, This feels like a silly question but I have the Prograf 2600 and it's my first time printing with Canon. Previously I've had several Epson printers. I'm using the "Professional Print & Layout", trying to print 12x8" centred on a roll of paper that's 17" wide and they keep printing out 1/8" too small (7 7/8 x 11 7/8"). I'm assuming the program is adding a border, but when I tick the "borderless printing" box it has the image fill the page and disregards the dimensions I'm requesting.
On an Epson when printing I'd select "Sheet Feeder Borderless" (I didn't use rolls of paper) as the paper type to avoid this, but I can't figure out how to solve this on the Canon.
Thanks in advance!

I recently upgraded from an old Epson to the Prograf2600 and have had similar issues when centering an image on sheet. It was a few months ago and I haven't been using the printer, but saw your question and it reminded me of the issue. Ever figure out a solution?
