Remove print jobs from "Accounting" page on iPF8400S

Hi.

We're about to clean up the testpages from our Accounting page of our iFP8400S plotter. Found in imagePROGRAPH Status Monitor Accounting tab. We only would like to have the actual prints that need to be billed. We removed the jobs from the plotter's hard drive (on the actual machine under stored jobs -> 00 or something. There's a way to erase the entire hard drive that we don't want either.

Now is there a way to remove certain jobs that kinda "stuck" in the Accounting and not visible anywhere else without erasing everything? Right click only shows details, and ink usage etc.

This article describes how to save, but not how to erase certain lines.

Thanks

Hello,

If the jobs cannot be cleared out manually, they should eventually be able to be removed over time when other print jobs build up/clear in the queue.  To see if there are any other alternatives, please contact our support group at 1-800-423-2366.

Hi and thanks for your answer. That is unfortunate. So learning from it if we don't want test pages to show up there at all, can we just unplug the network cable, connect with USB, print the test page, remove the test page from the job list? Will it show up in Accounting if we do this?
