Printing manila folders on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5800

Hi folks! 

I want to print directly on manilla folders (letter size). As far as the template goes, I believe I can set it up in MSWord or MS Publisher. What I need to determine is how I will actually print them. My assumption is something involving the input tray but I am concerned about setting the printer properly for the cardstock.

Hope I'm being clear. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
