Looking for "Long Test Sheet" as mentioned in the user manual for ImagePress C710

I'm  looking for the long test sheet download that is mentioned in the the online Canon 710 manual (screen shot attached).

I can adjust standard sheets but I'm having trouble with positioning and zoom on the long sheets (13 x 30 inches) and it looks like having that file is the key to getting the measurements I need to plug into the dialog box for adjustment.
