After all this was my fault.... I overused some WD40 inside the machine. There is a disk in the feed mechanism, and it got sticky after some weeks. All working now!

If you've already tried turning it off and back on, and it continues to display this error code, unfortunately you'll need to see about having it serviced (Canon customer service center).  Refer to page 794 in the User Manual for details.

Turning it off and back on doesn't solve the issue....

Hello Eduardo

The same error code is coming up on my printer. Where can I locate this disk in the feed mechanism? I would be very grateful if you could tell me, I'm really stuck.

Thanks

On the left side oh the machine. Remove the cover and you should see the disk. Good luck!

Hello Eduardo

I tried doing this, the disc does not look sticky or dirty. What else could be the problem?

Thanks

Don't know....
