Difference in line thickness between Adobe .pdf export and Image Prograf 4100S Preview/Print

I am having an issue with my .pdf prints on our Image Prograf 4100S. The stroke thickness is reduced when the print is previewed and when sent to the plotter.

Here is what my pdf export looks like in Adobe Acrobat. (This is how it should look):

Here is what the print preview and the actual printed map looks like. The line thickness is greatly reduced (Not what I am expecting):

Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on how to rectify this issue?

Hello.

The issue may be related to the paper size settings.  Double check to make sure that the size/fit to page options are correct before printing.
