Canon ir3300 "jamming issue"

I am having an issue with my canon ir3300.. When I try to make copies it will run one copy fine then the next copy I get a jam alarm but the paper is not jammed. I will attach photos of where the paper is when the machine stops. 

If the paper is ran lengthwise instead of horizontal it seems to function better but this still happens and says jammed in the same area. Thanks for any interest in my issue.
