Canon TM 200 plotter not printing whole document and printing in the wrong orientation

Hello,

I've got a new Canon TM 200 plotter. I'm trying to print a document that's 594 x 2184mm. My plotter keeps printing the document out portrait rather than landscape. It'll print about 60cm of plain paper then begin to print the document the wrong way around - when it gets to the edge of the paper stops printing. So I end up with a print out the wrong way around and only about 1/3 of print out on it!

I've changed the paper sizes to the correct size before printing but it still keeps doing it

•  Do you see any error messages?
• Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
• How do you connect to your printer (USB, Ethernet, or WiFi)?
• Which software are you using to print?
• Have you installed all of the Canon software and drivers for your printer from Canon.us/ijsetup
