Canon Pro-4000 EC35-4202 Error Code

My Canon Pro-4000 printer is displaying error code EC35-4202 "Printer error has occurred.  See the manual and contact the service cetner".  I am not able to find any information on this error code.  Can someone please help me understand what is the error?
