Hello everyone,
I am unable to let the printer scan to email. I've seen all the instruction videos on youtube. I've tried everything, but nothing works. The error code that is shown in the log is #841.
I want to install my Office 365 account on the machine:
- I changed the SMTP port to 587
- I changed the SMTP AUTH settings using smtp.office365.com
- Entered my login user name and password
- Enabled TLS
What might be wrong and how do I fix this problem? Thank you.
