Hello,
I can't connect my Macbook Pro (OS 15.0.1, Apple M3 Pro chip) to imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5850i.
When I checked online it appeared that the driver is not available for my Mac yet, HOWEVER, my colleague is running the same mac and OS and his is working fine.
The printer works, it is used daily by my office and colleagues with the same laptop setup as myself.
I would appreciate any help as I have stuff to print for my lab work!

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
