CANNON iR2520 UFRII LT WAITING BUT WONT PRINT

I RECENTLY ADDED MY PRINTER CANNON iR2520 TO SOME NEW LAPTOPS. I SUCCESSFULLY ADDED THE PRINTER ON THE LAPTOPS VIA TCP/IP AND INSTALLED THE CORRECT DRIVERS.  WHEN I PING THE PRINTER'S IP I GET A REPLY BUT WHEN I ISSUE A PRINTER ORDER IT GETS TO THE PRINTER BUT KEEPS WAITING AND NOTHING IS PRINTED. I REALLY NEED HELP TO BE ABLE TO PRINT ON THESE LAPTOPS RUNNING WINDOWS 10. PLEASE I NEED HELP
