Black lines on Sheet imageRUNNER 1310 Help please

I recently brought my old Canon 1310 back to life but it leaves a black lines on the sheet, I need to know what I should change or clean

It should be noted that these stains are not toner dust, it is simply the toner already printed on the sheet.
