I have a Canon Pixma TS6020 scanner/printer. I use this along with the Canon IJ Scan Utility2 software (version 4.1.1 ). In either case of using a "photo" or custom scan" page, there is no selection for the scanner's max native optical resolution, it maxes out at 600dpi, while specs indicate native 1200dpi, specs here:
