pixma tr4720 printer/scan/fax

having trouble printing from computer,when i click on print the fax screen keeps poping up and it will not print. When i did the set-up and clinked on test page it works fine, any suggestions

Hi,

If you are getting the fax option in the print preview option, you will need to change the print destination. You should be able to click where it shows fax and then a drop down menu should appear. In that drop down menu, scroll down or up until you see you Canon printer. Select the Canon printer and then try to print.
