mx490 code for Android

My app on my phone says scan the barcode I tried all that tried manual entry move of the barcodes I have are correct..any ideas how to set it up on my phone thanks

Hello.

Please make sure that the correct app is being used.  The "Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY" app is compatible with the MX490.
