Hi there,
My COLOR imageclass MF644CDW randomly stopped printing (I have it set up with WIFI), and I have no idea why. I've tried turning the printer on and off, restarting my computer, updating the firmware on the printer, and updating my computer.
When I look at the driver's on the cannon website, I don't see my computer version listed so I'm not sure which driver to try and install to solve the problem?
I appreciate any help.
Thanks, Ryan

Greetings,
In addition to drivers, the computer and printer both need to be on the same network in order to communicate.
Have you looked on your router and confirmed the printer is in fact connected to your wireless network?

Thanks, Rick. My printer has been connected to my router wirelessly from day one, so I don’t see why that would have changed overnight. I’m not sure how to check on my router to confirm either way, but I will look into it when I get back to my printer!
