loosing connection via wifi to my MX495 printer - from computer

I keep on loosing connection from computer to the printer, evebn though it is connected to wifi. 

I already selected "inactive" on ipv6.

A few points I noteced:

• from my iPhone it is the best - i.e. many times the iPhone finds the printer and I can print. But after a while I loose it sometimes
• sometimes re-writing the wifi passworrd helps
• sometimes shutting the printer off and then on helps
• sometimes restarting the computer helps
• I could not find a stable solution
• overall the time it takes me each time I want tpo print is too much.

Any ideas?

Hello.

Try turning the printer off and back on to see if this will help.  Also, ensure that your computer or mobile device is connected to the same network as the MP495.  It may be possible that your computer or mobile device is connecting to a different network.
