I have a client where we need to set up a TM305 Z36 printer on a windows 11.
I can ping, access the UI, but when I run the drivers, and it searches for a printer, nothing pops up. The printer is networked as many others use it in the building.
Solved! Go to Solution.

I did another check and it was a PC hardware issue. The TM305 does not support ARM-based/SnapDragon processors so it was not installing the drivers.

Hi pconchas,
If the setup wizard doesn't find the imagePROGRAF TM-305, please ensure the Windows 11 PC is on the same segment of the network as the printer. If the TM-305 and Windows 11 PC are on the same segment, please ensure your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking the printer. I hope this is helpful.
