Using the Canon Media Configurator Tool I have added multiple AM1x files from Hahnemuhle, Canson, Red River, and Moab. They show up under Custom options in the Prograf 4100 Printer Properties (under preferences) and in the printing modules of Photoshop, Lightroom, and DXO. But they do not show up in the Canon Professional Print and Layout software. I like to use CPPL but can't figure out why they won't show up. I successfully added AM1x files in the past, but this time they are not registering. Any advice or guidance?

I've been dealing with this problem on and off for months with no rhyme or reason for when it starts and stops. I've only had the printer for about 7 months now, and no one at Canon has been able to figure it out. It's very disappointing. Sometimes the MOAB files work better than the HFA ones (MOAB downloads more times than not, but I have been unable to download Hahnemuhle profiles onto my menu in-printer for multiple weeks now). PLEASE FIX THIS OR REFUND US CANON!
