I have a canon MF641CW

my first thing is I can not get my printer to print from my laptop. It will print from my desk top and my phone. 

It was printing as of just a couple days ago. Ive checked the connections, wifi, everything reasonable that someone who knows not much can. 

So i went to download the newest software from canon. After downloading it, I click on it to open it and the screen pops up but its blank!!! nothing ever comes up for me to install. 

I did same process on my desk top and it downloaded and set up as it was supposed to do. 

any suggestions?????
